Bill has been in Orlando for over 40 years and witnessed first hand the growth of our community. Bill is a Certified Residential Appraiser and Certified Florida Evaluator, as well as President of Market Value Appraisals of Central Florida, a Realtor, and Real Estate Investor. After graduating from Orlando's Boone High School, Bill obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Florida State University.

Prior to entering the private sector as an appraiser, Bill spent over 15 years with The Orange County Property Appraisers Officer in a number of capacities.

Bill is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Orlando Regional Realtor Association, Apartment Association of Greater Orlando, and the National Apartment Association. Bill also serves on the board and is past President of The Seminole Club of Greater Orlando.

Steve has been a Central Florida Resident for over 20 years. After moving down to Central Florida from New York State, Steve obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The University of Central Florida. Steve is a Certified Residential Appraiser and a Certified Florida Evaluator, as well as President of Distler Appraisals and a Real Estate Investor.

Prior to entering the private sector as an appraiser, Steve spent over 15 years with The Orange County Property Appraisers Office in both residential and commercial capacities.

Steve serves as a board member and President of the Summer Lakes Homeowners Association. He is also a member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association.
